Nidhi Bhartiya (Principal Partner):
Founder of Turnahead is basically a Management Graduate having almost a decade of experience with both manufacturing & service sector. Serving clients, Human Resource and business development has been her focus areas. With a positive bent of mind and burning desire for success had leaded her towards establishing the HR consultancy. She is responsible for leadership, strategic direction, operational management and delivery excellence of company.
Sneha Poddar (Principal Consultant) :
She is Masters by qualification and have industry experience of 6 years. She has polished herself in Service & BPO industry. Hence she brings with herself experience of Client Relationship and Team handling. This had all made her very effective at Operational end. She is heading our Jaipur Office.
