Turnahead HR Consultants started its recruitment services in 2011. We started with just two people and humbly supported hiring technical personnel for various manufacturing companies, ranging from the Automobile Industry to the textile Industry, and the list continues to grow.
No matter how difficult it may seem to the organisation at the beginning to find the ideal candidate. But if we say we can do it, we deliver. Turnahead HR Consultants have been working with a wide variety of clients across India, as well as with companies that have a global presence.
We strongly believe in Teamwork and healthy discussion between our team members to finalise the smart and honest solution for any issues, and this helps us find solutions to various challenging situations.
Our Journey
2011
Started operations with a team of two. Our client base included manufacturing, gradually adding healthcare companies
2016
We have relocated our entire operations to Ahmedabad - our new Corporate Office. We are now a Private Limited company. Our team has grown to 20 members, and we have gained new clients in the chemical and fertiliser industries. Additionally, we have launched HR strategic services for IIT Incubation Cell-based Start-ups.
2022
We have expanded our services to include pharmaceutical and global companies. Additionally, we have begun contractual hiring for IT positions.
2024
We explored a new vertical in HR payroll services and expanded our client base to international locations.

Mrs Nidhi Bhartiya
She is the Director and a Founding Member of the company. She has been vital in shaping the company’s vision and establishing it as a trusted HR consultancy.
Mr. Vikash Bhartiya, Co-Founder of "TURNAHEAD," is a finance and strategy expert with over 22 years of experience. As a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), he adds vision and analytical growth to the organisation.
